Refund
Our refund policy allows customers a 60-day window from their purchase date to request refunds or exchanges.
After this 60-day period, we regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges cannot be facilitated.
We kindly ask customers to inspect their shipments upon arrival. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only applicable for unopened or damaged products if reported within 2 days of receipt.
For a full refund, returned orders must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that resending fees are not covered by our policy.
Custom products will be non-refundable.
Exchanges
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of your package delivery date. Have you received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a brand new product free of charge.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items are not eligible for exchange due to size or measurement issues if the item shipped matches the size or variant you ordered. However, if the size or variant issue is due to our mistake, we will accept exchange or refund requests.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
